Hi I’m Kayla. I’m a complete novice with Spanish but am interested and committed to becoming fluent. I have Duolingo and listen to some music in Spanish. I received advice to start watching children’s shows in Spanish and to come here for a Spanish speaking buddy who is interested in learning English. Outside of my interest in becoming bilingual, I like to garden, hike, bike, draw and make pottery.

Hi, I have got to Columbia to study Ph.D. majoring in Educational Policy Analysis at the University of Missouri. I really want to overcome the language barrier and to get a job in the States after finishing Ph.D. I almost always stay in the lab in the school, so we can meet in the campus.
